Welcome to this week’s NL64 Shepshed & Loughborough West Beat Area Update
We’d like to share some recent crimes of note in the area: Please get in touch if you happened to witness any of these incidents, or have any CCTV cameras which may assist us in identifying those responsible.
Location: Charnwood Road, Shepshed Offence: Theft of Motor Vehicle Date:19/12/25 between 15:00 and 18:13 Circumstances: Vehicle stolen by use of keys from outside public house, Vehicle later located and recovered by Police in Hathern.
Location: Christie Drive, Loughborough Offence: Burglary Date: 20/12/25 between 16:30 and 22:30 Circumstances: Forced entry and property searched.
Location: Bullring, Shepshed Offence: Criminal Damage Date: Between 12:00 21/12/25 and 12:00 22/12/25 Circumstances: Damage caused to telephone kiosk
We have also received several reports of parcels being stolen across the beat area. Consider using secure delivery options or parcel lockers to reduce the risk of theft.
